Introduction


Fonctions

• Assist the CEO to develop an annual marketing plan and multi-year marketing strategies, to be approved by the Management Board (MB) and the Board of Directors.
• Work with the CEO to set the strategic focus and direction for all marketing activities
• Branding in Branches: Participate in the reconstruction of branches, focusing on implementing of a standardized branch appearance, as defined by FINCA Brand Center.
• New Branches: Support the MB in the analysis of the current physical locations of branches, and the overall branch network. Develop together with the MB recommendations for new branch locations if network needs to be strengthened.
• Paper promotional materials: Standardize paper promotional materials (brochures, flyers, etc.) in line with FINCA Brand Center standards; improve overall appearance of paper promotional materials to suit current market needs and visual appeal.
• Promotional materials: assess promotional giveaways for cost effectiveness, usefulness to customers, usefulness in spreading the brand and message of FINCA.
• In-Branch Promotions: Ensure that all branches are used effectively to promote FINCA products and services, through use of promotional materials such as posters, mesh on windows, information stands, etc.
• Field Promotions: Improve field promotions by implementing standardized FINCA promotional methodologies, while ensuring sufficient adaptation to local conditions and documentation of such adaptations.
• FINCA International website: ensure that information is submitted to FINCA International, to ensure that affiliate information on F/I website is always up to date.
• Public Relations: including but not limited to external communications such as
briefing papers, speeches, press releases. S/he may be required to present at conferences, meet with influential people (opinion leaders like local leaders, district officials, and regional authorities), and promote FINCA Brand in universities.
• Participate to conception and realization of mass events, institutional events (for clients and FINCA’s employees)
• Customer Segmentation: Conduct customer segmentation exercise, to map array of FINCA products to appropriate customer segment, and to ensure appropriate
promotion of products to segments
• Social performance: Coordinate implementation of social performance survey, as mandated by FINCA International. Analyze results, and prepare reports for
management board, FINCA International and FINCA HAITI S.A..
• IT Reporting: Work with IT department to develop data reporting strategy for
marketing-related data.
• Product development and modification: participate in research efforts to assess demand for new products and determine appropriate modifications to existing products.
• Competition analysis: Coordinate population of data on competition matrix, for analysis by management.
• Execute research, compile and clean data from multiple sources, analyze data and present findings in accordance to FINCA’s research standards.
• Engage with Loan Officers, branch staff and clients as necessary to ensure the execution, analysis and presentation of insights to ensure a holistic understanding of business issues.


Qualifications Requises

• Bachelor in Marketing, Communication, Business Administration or any related field:
• At least 2 year Marketing experience, preferably in private sector’
• Experience in media relations or other public relations
• Excellent written and verbal communications skills including public speaking ability, sales and negotiation skills
• Fluency in local languages (Creole and French) / business proficiency in English
• Willingness to travel inside and outside of Haiti.
