IntroductionFonctions
Chemonics International seeks a strategic planning and business process re-engineering expert for the ongoing USAID-funded Investment-Trade and Association Development project (I-TRADE) in Haiti. I-TRADE works to improve the enabling environment for private sector development that will allow Haitian enterprises to invest and trade efficiently and effectively. Its primary objectives are to help the Center for Investment Facilitation (CFI) with strategic planning, institutional reform, and organizational development and to help the CFI and the Government of Haiti improve the environment for starting and running a business in Haiti.
Qualifications Requises
-Advanced degree in a relevant field
-Minimum five years of experience in strategic planning and business process re-engineering
-Experience with investment promotion agencies preferred
-Marketing or business development experience in a developing country preferred -Good training and institutional capacity building skills, and talent to reach consensus with various groups
-Ability to work in a professional and cordial manner with fellow staff, partners, private sector, relevant NGOs, and government agencies
-Ability to work independently, accept and discharge substantial responsibilities, prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, and exercise professional judgment
-Knowledge of USAID rules, regulations, and procedures preferred
-Fluency in English and French required
