The mission of Global Communities (formerly CHF International) is to create long-lasting, positive and community-led change that improves the lives and livelihoods of vulnerable people across the globe.

Global Communities is seeking technical experts for an anticipated program aimed at reducing child labor and improving working conditions in Haiti. We are seeking experts with experience in the following areas: child labor, labor rights and conditions, education, and youth empowerment.
Key Responsibilities:
• Provide specific technical expertise to the program;
• Ensure deliverables are met on time and within budget;
• Represent the program to key stakeholders within the community and government;
• Coordinate program activities with partners;
• Prepare monthly and quarterly reports.

• At least (6) six years of experience in implementing donor-funded programs in labor rights in one or more of the following areas: child labor reduction/ prevention, education, youth, and/or labor movements;
• Prior USAID and/or Department of Labor experience preferred;
• Prior experience in Latin America and Caribbean region;
• Demonstrated experience working cooperatively with a variety of local stakeholders, other projects and international agencies;
• Bachelor’s degree in relevant field required.

Fluency in English and French required (written and oral).
