Fonctions
Global Communities is seeking a Project Director for anticipated programs to reduce child labor in Haiti.
The Project Director will provide overall leadership and technical direction for the project; oversee project planning, implementation and management; serve as key liaison with the donor, the host government, and implementing partners; and ensure proper reporting, financial management and compliance
Qualifications Requises
• Advanced degree in education, international development, or a related field required;
• Minimum of five (5) years of experience in project management and administration and implementation of cooperative agreement and/or contract requirements (including meeting deadlines, achieving targets, and overseeing the preparation and submission of reports);
• Experience collaborating with a wide range of stakeholders at the national, departmental and municipal level and engaging in coalition building and promoting public-private partnerships;
• Experience managing Department of Labor projects overseas strongly desired;
• Significant technical experience in the areas of child labor. Additional technical experience in education, livelihoods, social protection, institutional capacity building, and/or other relevant fields strongly desired.
