Introduction

The Partnership for Supply Chain Management (PSCM) is implementing the Supply Chain Management System (SCMS) contract for the U.S. Agency for International Development (USAID) as part of the President’s Emergency Plan for AIDS Relief. SCMS will strengthen or establish secure, reliable, cost-effective, and sustainable supply chain capable of meeting the care and treatment needs of people living with and affected by HIV and AIDS. In coordination with in-country and international partners, SCMS will assist programs to enhance their supply-chain capacity; ensure that accurate supply-chain information is collected, shared and used; and provide quality, affordable, health-care products to those who need them. SCMS will establish field offices in selected countries as required by the scope of work.


Fonctions

THE TEAM LEADER -STOCK CONTROLLER has primary responsibilities to check stock held and moving in and out of Distribution Centre (warehouse) is prepared and recorded correctly, investigating and resolving issues when identified. The role will ensure stock records are accurate and stock loss and errors are minimized during deliveries. S/he reports to the Warehouse Manager and liaises with Team Leaders (warehouse supervisors) to improve stock management and reduce losses

RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Plays a safety key role within the team and enforces safety guidelines for staff and products.


2. Ensures the stocks location accuracy in the racks and in the deliveries area (cage). Performs spot check, random check to make sure that the physical location is matching versus the software one.
3. Monitors the requisition check and packing operation after picking process before transferring into the cage. Ensure that the right quantity and quality is packed (good remaining shelf life, FEFO principles-First Expired, First out).
4. Checks and signs off the load delivery note before the truck leaves the SCMS area. Ensuring that all delivery notes are signed off by the security guards after they perform physical check on the cargo to be loaded on the truck.
5. Perform a check list on trucks outsourced by SCMS in order to confirm the conformity for pharmaceuticals transport.
6. Empowered to investigate and resolve the stock discrepancies and the products codes mismatching. Record issues identified and record when resolved. Report any recurring issues relating to the stocks movements and the deliveries.
7. Investigate on the Stock Transfers; raise the flags on the outstanding Stocks movements.
8. Manage the inventory end-to-end process completely. On defined basis, perform the ABC stock counts, random check, and full inventory count; report all discrepancies not justified. Report on monthly basis, the full inventory reports for the 2 warehouses to the supervisor


Qualifications Requises



• Bachelor degree or 2 relevant years working in a warehouse

• Positive "Can do" attitude

• Excellent timekeeping and attendance

• Enjoys working in team and supporting colleagues

• Flexible to carry out other tasks out of the job description to support the department or colleagues.

• Good knowledge of HSE procedures, Stock controlling and warehouse audit.

• Be proactive, efficient and speed in tasks completion.

• able to handle several tasks in same time

• be organized, objective and able to count, distinguish products and calculate.

• Fluent in French, Creole and basic English in a plus.
