We are currently accepting resumes for the following specialist positions in Haiti:

• Chief of Party: previous project director or chief of party experience, technical experience in watershed management and agriculture, experience with donor coordination, building public private partnerships, supervising staff and multiple offices.

• Watershed Specialist: experience in flood control, irrigation systems, groundwater recharge, flood warning systems • Senior Finance Manager: experience in managing grant under contract programs, organizing global development alliances (GDAs), knowledge of USAID procurement rules.

• Institutional Strengthening Specialist: experience building the capacity of community groups managing watersheds, developing watershed management plans, disaster management plans

All long term specialists should have the relevant educational qualifications, be fully bilingual in French and English and be willing to relocate to Haiti. Past experience working in Haiti and as long term personnel on a USAID project is an asset.
