Job Title: Trip Representative - Haiti

Job Purpose:
To represent and provide assistance with the coordinating of short-term trips.

Fonctions
Key Responsibilities:
• Short-Term trip participants / trip leaders and organizers
o Organize and manage multiple short-term trips;
o Clear articulation of Living Water history, goals, and operations;
• Local Communities
o Foster healthy interactions between communities and short-term trip participants;
o Understand community expectations of short-term trip participants;
o Clearly articulate the mission of the short-term trips’ program to communities;
• Development
o Assist with donor engagement;
o Deliver initial trip experience with constituent, allowing for further relationship development;
• In-country staff
o Manage and guide short-term trip teams under the authority of in-country staff;
• Managing financial information;
• Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications Requises
Knowledge and Experience:
• At least two (2) years experience working with cross-cultural non-profit organization (NGO) and expatriates;
• Has excellent inter-personal, facilitation, and communication skills;
• Is creative and results-oriented; able to work with minimum supervision;
• Problem solving
• Detail orientated;
• Fluency in English, Creole and French - written and spoken.
