Chemonics International seeks an experienced Accountant for a three-year, $8-10 million USAID-funded Integrated Financial Management System Project in Haiti. The project is expected to provide continued assistance and support to the Government of Haiti’s Ministry of Economy and Finance in the development of a full and complete Integrated Financial Management System to enhance governance efforts and combat corruption.

• Bachelor's degree in business, finance, accounting, project management, or related field required; advanced degree preferred
• Experience on USAID or other donor-funded projects highly preferred
• Experience providing monthly financial reporting, managing project accounts, and financial management experience
• Experience with office operations while ensuring compliance with all rules and regulations
• Demonstrated leadership, versatility, and integrity
• Excellent written and oral communications skills in English and French required. Haitian Creole preferred
