Chemonics International seeks an experienced Senior IT Expert for a three-year $8-10 million USAID-funded Integrated Financial Management System Project in Haiti. The project is expected to provide continued assistance and support to the Government of Haiti’s Ministry of Economy and Finance in the development of a full and complete Integrated Financial Management System to enhance governance efforts and combat corruption. We are looking for individuals who have a passion for making a difference in the lives of people around the world.

• A Master’s degree or higher in Information technology, IT Network Engineering, Computer Sciences, Cyber Security, Statistics, or other related field
• At least eight years of experience as a senior technology expert with solid experience in designing, implementing, and managing IT systems and staff; USAID experience preferred
• Demonstrated experience interacting with government agencies, host-county governments and counterparts, and international donor agencies
• Strong interpersonal, writing, and oral presentation skills
• Prior experience designing and implementing sustainable integrated financial management systems solutions for local, regional, or national government
• Familiarity with the political, social, and cultural context in Haiti a plus demonstrated leadership, versatility, and integrity
• Fluency in English required
• Professional working proficiency in French required (Haitian Creole an asset but not required)
