Introduction

The Employee will serve as a Receptionist and will carry out duties designed to meet the PROJUSTICE project’s objectives. Pursuant to Tetra DPK’s contract with USAID and under the direction of the Human Resources (HR) & Office Manager, the Employee provides administrative and clerical services including but not limited to the following responsibilities:


Fonctions

 Answer telephones, route calls, and take messages for staff members.
 Meet and greet clients and visitors.
 Assist staff with administrative duties as requested.
 Perform general clerical duties to include but not limited to: photocopying, receiving and distributing courier.
 Maintain records of in-coming and out-going documents.
 On request, prepare correspondence in French or in English (electronic messages, letters to partners).
 Set the conference room for meetings.
 Update and maintain staff contact lists for the project.
 Assist Technical staff and consultants as requested.

This job description will be amended with some specific roles and responsibilities by the HR & Office Manager as those are defined and delegated.


Qualifications Requises

 Diploma in administrative assistance.
 Proactive, dependable and results oriented.
 Exceptionally organized and ability to work under pressure.
 Ability to work with culturally and geographically diverse staff.
 Capacity to be multitasks in a team.
 PC skills, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Internet.
 Functional written and spoken English required.
 Fluency in French and Creole.
