CARE -Haiti is seeking Civil Society and Organizational Development Officer

He will closely work with the Conseil D’appui au Developpement Participatif (CADEP) at the commune level, civil society organizations, local NGOs and commune level program team by building capacity of the local organizations and introducing social accountability tools and methods, supporting organizational development and representation of different population groups in these structures.

The candidate should have strong experience of working on the capacity building of such local entities and organizations by supporting development of their organizational plans, identifying knowledge gaps and providing necessary training.
