CARE – Haiti is seeking the Food Safety Net Technical Coordinator, who will be overall responsible for the technical quality of the food voucher safety net component of the Food and Nutrition Program. The coordinator should have a decent knowledge of the food security situation in Haiti, be able to and have experience in managing food security programs (cash transfers, vouchers systems or similar).

The coordinator will be responsible for managing field teams of relevant positions and closely coordinate among the consortium partners to mainstream food safety net activities overseeing both electronic voucher programs and fresh voucher programs as well as closely collaborating with the government. The candidate should have extensive experience of the field work in this sector, being able to demonstrate the partnership examples with other organizations, within a consortium or similar as well as have experience of working with government at the local and national level.

Minimum 2 years experience in the field is desirable, English language knowledge is a must. Working knowledge of Title program regulations is a plus.
