CARE – Haiti is seeking the M&E specialist for the Food and Nutrition Title II program, based in Port-au-Prince that has a strong command of Monitoring and Evaluation methodologies, tools and practical application at the field level.
Fonctions
The candidate should have a strong command of English and French languages and should be technically skilled to operate in databases or other M&E systems (strong knowledge of Excel, and working knowledge of Access is desired). M&E Specialist will work under the supervision of the Knowledge and Learning Coordinator and indirectly support the supervision of the Knowledge and Learning Officers based in the field. The candidate will also need to have an understanding of knowledge retention, learning identification and means and methods of working with partners in the Consortium.
Qualifications Requises
The candidate should have at least 3 year experience of strong M&E, working with partners and technically supervising the staff. Experience of Title II programs and USAID regulations is preferred.
