Fonctions
Primary objective of the job:
Responsible for the detection, analysis, resolution, measurement, and prevention of all Revenue Assurance problems and Product Fraud problems. This involves ensuring that all network usage is appropriately recorded, billed and collected timely. Assist the Manager in analyzing data for trends that identify revenue streams being compromised.
Main Duties and Responsibilities:
• Detect, Analyze, Measure, and Resolve all Revenue related problems involving procedures, systems, and personnel.
• Report all Revenue related problems, their impact to the company, their root cause, the identified resolution, the status of the resolution to Digicel executives.
• Reconciling daily usage process from Network Equipment to Mediation to Rating to Billing/Settlement
• Conducting ongoing review of new offers and product launches to prevent Usage errors.
Qualifications Requises
• Minimum 4 year College degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Telecommunications or another related technical degree.
• Proven experience using SQL, PL/SQL and UNIX
• Must have at least 2 years experience in Telecoms.
Conditions particulières
• Must be able to communicate effectively both orally and through email and other written communication.
• Must be able to understand Telecom systems and networks, eg. Billing, Mediation, Collections, Customer Care, Provisioning, Telecom Networks, Signaling concepts, VOIP, IP Networks.
• Advance database query skills including: sub-queries, inner and outer joins, DDL, DML and PL/SQL scripts.
• Attention to detail, with a background across data analysis: Advanced MS Office products skills, especially MS Excel and MS Access.
• Excellent analytical, creative and problem solving abilities.
