Primary objective of the job:
To own the subsrciber and revenue target of Digicel Business products and solutions portfolio and lead the Business account managers to achieve the targets and manage the accounts.

Main Duties and Responsibilities:
• Own the revenue and subscriber target of Digicel Business products and solutions.
• Manage the customer experience
• Analysis and reporting of customers segments
• Identify business development opportunities within the customer base.
• Develop and lead strategies to identify new segments and opportunities.


Qualifications Requises

• Minimum Bachelors in Business, MBA desired
• Certificate/Diploma in ICT also desired
• Minimum 5 year sales and business development experience in a Telecom/ISP/Carrier environment
