Fonctions

Primary objective of the job:

To Product Manage the ICT Solutions Portfolio with particular emphasis on Corporate WIMAX Product and Cloud Based Offerings.

Main Duties and Responsibilities:

Responsible for all aspects of the product life cycle through product launch through end-of-life. You will be responsible for the planning, forecasting and marketing of the products under your remit.

Lead the Product Management function within ICT Solutions, formulating pricing strategies, building marketing and sales collateral, and working with the sales and support organizations to ensure knowledge transfer and monitoring in life continuity of service according to agreed contracted terms with customers.

You will work directly with cross-functional teams from Engineering, Operations, Support, Marketing, Business Development and Sales to drive a successful product strategy that meets business and market objectives.

Responsibilities include creating product specifications and requirements with feedback from sales, marketing and customers. You will be responsible for the production of product related materials and for the formulation of training programs for internal and external customers.

You will also be responsible for clearly communicating to Marketing, Sales and Customers your market offering, pricing strategy, competitive advantage, roadmap, value proposition and competitive differentiation.

You will carry out market research within the Haitian and international markets and be responsible for benchmarking your product portfolio against competitors both internal and external to our markets

You will be required to create product related marketing and proposal material for the sales organization, manage the market research activities around the products, monitor customer awareness and perception of our ICT product offerings.

You will provide monthly management reports on the agreed KPI's of the products under management.

You will manage vendor relations with the key suppliers that are involved within your product remit.

You will create, conduct and manage customer survey programs to monitor the continued feasibility of product offerings and where necessary input change control requests into the product roadmap based on results.



Qualifications Requises

Degree in Computer Science, IT or other related field

Minimum 5 years previous experience in a Product Management role

Strong background and understanding of WiMAX market, including fixed and mobile WiMAX deployment models, and voice services

Knowledge of Mobile service provider business, understanding of 3G and 4G protocols

General knowledge of routing platforms and technologies.

Previous Telco experience highly desirable in a Product Management role.

It would be advantageous if you have knowledge of Cloud Based delivery models for application and infrastructure platforms.

Experience of working in a sales lead culture with proven sales enablement skills around researching, launching and marketing network centric ICT solutions using WIMAX and Point to Point networking protocols.
