Fonctions

Primary objective of the job:
• Act as liaison between Diaspora Office and Local Office on the development and execution of strategies both in Local office and in the Diaspora to grow Digicel business from targeted territories (USA, Canada, Caribbean and Europe into the local market;
• Work on other initiatives, as needed, to provide support to the Diaspora Team to meet all Diaspora revenue targets for retail top up, online top up, calling cards and any other new products.
Main Duties & Responsibilities:
• Coordinate Diaspora grassroots activities in-country to help drive awareness of international top up services from territories listed above;
• Responsible for delivering Diaspora full targets locally
• Work on local market research in concert with Diaspora Office to identify opportunities and develop strategies for growing Diaspora subscriber base;
• Coordinate in-country branding of Digicel locations with Diaspora-related POS to help in developing awareness of Diaspora top up service;
• Assist in the negotiation of robust BTL activities and calendars to help drive Diaspora top-up from within in-country;
• Ensure that all agreed Diaspora-related initiatives are carried out as agreed;
• Assist in the monitoring of Diaspora media placements in-country;
• Assist in the development of detailed Diaspora business development plans, to include operational and commercial strategies to accelerate growth of Diaspora business from targeted territories;
• Develop relationships with key in-country team partners to help ensure smooth collaboration and cooperation in providing assistance, where necessary, vital to management of Diaspora business;
• Assist in preparation and distribution of weekly and monthly reports including competitive intelligence, market statistics, forecasts, sales analyses, quarterly plans and marketing assessment, etc.;
• Assist in making presentations in-country on key aspects of Diaspora business, to include plans, findings, key initiatives that require local support, etc.
• Work on ad hoc projects as required and any other duties assigned.

• Must be able to travel on an ad-hoc basis, both locally and internationally;
• Must be disciplined to work on all assigned tasks with little supervision;

• Outstanding interpersonal and collaboration skills, with proven ability to work with multiple stakeholders across business lines to accomplish shared goals and manage expectations.
• Demonstrated ability to work in a fast-paced environment.


Qualifications Requises

• First degree, preferably in Business or related field;
• Minimum of 2-3 years experience in retail channel management; FMG industry; remittances, telecommunication prepaid services, cross border bill payment services; Sales management and analytics;
• Strong analytical skills
• Strong abilities on Microsoft including Excel, powerpoint and word;
• Experience working in the Caribbean and or Diaspora is a plus.
