Primary objective of the job:
Recognizing entrepreneurial spirit through acclaiming successes is a key driver in building an enterprise economy, and Digicel is, for the long-term, committed to running the Entrepreneur of the Year program, with the key support of sponsors AIC, Camtel, Cemex, Coles Group and Group Jean Vorbe.
The Program Manager oversees the coordination and administration of all aspects of an ongoing program including planning, organizing, staffing, leading, and controlling program activities.

Main Duties and Responsibilities:
• Plan the delivery of the overall program and its activities in accordance with the mission and the goals of the DEOY
• Develop and implement long-term goals and objectives to achieve the successful outcome of the program
• Develop an annual budget and operating plan to support the program
• Ensure that program activities operate within the policies and procedures of the DEOY
• Develop forms and records to document program activities
• Supervise program staff by providing direction, input and feedback
• Liaise with other managers to ensure the effective and efficient program delivery
• Write reports on the program for management
• Ensure that the program operate within the approved budget
• Monitor and approve all budgeted program expenditures
• Monitor the program activities on a regular basis and conduct an annual evaluation according to the program evaluation framework

• Preferably worked in a business environment for a minimum of five (5) years, and possess enthusiasm and passion for entrepreneurship, with a solid knowledge of Haiti's enterprise landscape.
• A 3rd Level Qualification
• Fluent English, French and Creole - verbal and written
• University degree

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, and be able to demonstrate credibility as an ambassador to represent DEOY to all its stakeholders - entrepreneur community, sponsors, media, investor and grant organizations.
• Excellent office computer application skills.
• The ability to focus and handle multiple tasks, to use time efficiently, priorities and organize work, and facilitate team development.
