The Social Media Executive needs to actively engage with the broader social media world (customers and high influencers) and must be able to think strategically, and be willing and able to roll up her sleeves to help implement special projects.
Fonctions
• Be the eyes and ears of Digicel brand as if your own reputation depended on it
• Build and maintain content distribution for feeds in various social media sites
• Identify threats and opportunities in user generated content surrounding our brand.
• Create and update daily and weekly reports
• Maintain and update Digicel Haiti’s webpage
• Support Social Media Manager with special projects and with the planning and implementation of strategies
• Oversee team of Customer Care Agents for smooth yet efficient operation to meet company’s goal and provide customers with satisfactory experience.
Qualifications Requises
Has work experience or training in advertising, PR, marketing, journalism, communications, or similar field
• Excels at research, possesses excellent writing skills
• Proficient with Microsoft Office products
• Understands social media universe and the power of social media marketing using various networks, including YouTube, Twitter, Facebook, etc...
