Fonctions
Primary objective of the job:
Implementing and maintaining PBX Alcatel, Nortel, OMVIA IVR, LAN and WAN
Main Duties and Responsibilities:
• Configuration of new Cisco Devices
• Maintenance of existing Cisco Devices
• Produce report on System Health, and Key performance indicators
• Troubleshooting of Network related issues.

Qualifications Requises
• University degree in Telecommunications and/or Computer Sciences
• Cisco certification CCNA is preferred
• 2 to 4 years experience in field
• Must be able to function in demanding high pressure environment
• Sense of ethics and responsibilities
• Willingness to work after hours when required
Good knowledge of Windows 2003 server.
• Good Knowledge in Application
• Good Knowledge in PBX configuration
• Proficient in French and English
Conditions particulières
