LEADERSHIP DEVELOPMENT PROGRAM SPECIALIST
Fonctions
The Leadership Development Program Specialist interprets, contextualizes and implements global LDP parameters. He/she coordinates all student documentation and monitors and evaluates LDP outcomes, indicators and activities.
Qualifications Requises
1.Has a personal relationship with Jesus Christ. Is a consistent witness for Jesus Christ, maintains a courteous, Christ-like attitude in dealing with people within and outside of Compassion and faithfully upholds Compassion’s ministry in prayer.
2. Working within one's influence, serves as an advocate for children around the world who live ipoverty and are not able to speak out for themselves. This includes being informed about the issues of children and influencing others to care about children who are in need.
3. University degree in Education, Leadership Development or Youth Ministry.
4. A minimum of three years experience in education, leadership development or youth ministries.
5. Experience in young adult ministry (college-age).
6. Ability to develop positive and trusting cross-cultural relationships.
7. Excellent communication skills (interpersonal, written, public speaking).
8. Ability to organize and track large amounts of data.
9. Ability to contextualize scholarly material for educational and training purposes.
10. Ability to use information technology; knowledge of research applications; experience in the use of the Internet and presentation software.
11. Intermediate knowledge of English.
