Fonctions
To provide strategic, operational and directional support to the Directors and Managers and directional support to other individuals across the business. Develop and implement Human Resources Recruitment policies, procedures and processes for the company and provide guidance to the management team to ensure that the objectives, policies and procedures that have been approved and adopted are carried out in a fair and consistent manner.
Provide ongoing guidance, operational and administrative support to the Expats and Expat’s Managers assigned to the Haiti Market
Main Duties and Responsibilities:
• Assist with the Recruitment & Selection process of all staff excluding senior management level
• Lead Social Media recruitment initiatives and implement Digicel Haiti Alumni Project
• Support sourcing and interview scheduling of Expat/local resources.
• Assist with general expat communication efforts and assist with planning of expat meetings. Also support Expat Spouses Club
• Assist with processing and renewal of Residence Permits for expat staff
• Assist with on boarding of new expat staff members and ensure smooth arrival of VIP visitors when necessary. Also assist with expat check out process
• Assist in management of HR Recruitment statistics/metrics, provide weekly reports and analysis
• Any other duty extending from main scope of responsibilities and identified with the Head of Recruitment & Expat Program and HRD
• Academic qualifications and experience required for job:
• First degree in Management Studies, Human Resource Management or Psychology
• At least 2 years experience in Human Resources with a focus on recruitment
