Post Responsibilities:
• Train, Coach, Supervise and Discipline Assigned Employees
• Provide Logistic support at Unloading and production product
• Prepare working schedules for staff, overtimes reports
• Provide Technical Specification at Operation buyer section
• Maintain Manuals and all technical document of all equipment that we have in Site.
• Documented and register all maintenance developed at each one of the equipment in the site. (Preventive maintenance, predictive maintenance and correctives interventions)
• Confirm had the spare parts stock according maximum and minimum for each equipment.
• Coordination of transportation daily movement
• Safer work Conditions and well use of safe work equipment.
• Building and Ground maintenance inspect and attend user demand and reparations.
• Inspection Equipment and Facilities, report malfunction and if is solicit external reparation confirm that is well done.
• And any other responsibilities requested by the Operations
Qualifications Requises
Education Level: Engineering (Industrial, Electric or Mechanic)
Sex: Masculine or Feminine
Experience Required: Not less than 5 years at Industry Environment
Personnel Characteristic: Mininum 35 years old, Good Discipline, Good Sense of responsibility, capable of working under pressure, Adaptable to a flexible work schedule (works hour according responsibility demand).
Language: Speak and write French, Creole, English and Spanish would be a plus
Computer Skill: Excel, Word, Outlook, Auto Cad others technical software will be a plus
