Primary objective of the job:

Ensure efficient management of OPEX resources in accordance with stipulated guidance.

Main Duties and Responsibilities :

 Assist with the OPEX variance analysis on a monthly basis
 Setting the monthly forecasts, quarterly commits and annual budgets for OPEX
 Supporting the budget controllers with the transfer fund processes.
 Ensure accurate postings are made to OPEX GL code Accounts.
 Ensure accuracy for Purchase Order
 Analyze trends/variances and identify anomalies

Academic qualifications and experience required for job:

• Bachelor degree in accounting, business administration or equivalent.
• At least three years working experience on accounting.
• Strong excel skills
• Bilingual: English /French or creole
