Chemonics seeks a chief of party for an anticipated USAID-funded health systems strengthening project in Haiti. Anticipated areas of focus include health financing, health policy, service delivery, and institutional capacity building. Based in Port-au-Prince, the chief of party will oversee all project activities, providing vision, leadership, and management to the project. We are looking for individuals who have a passion for making a difference in the lives of people around the world.
Qualifications Requises
Advanced degree in public health, health policy, management, or other relevant field required
Minimum of 10 of years experience, including five years as a chief of party or senior program manager working in health development programs
Knowledge of USAID policies, procedures, regulations, and reporting requirements
Experience working in developing countries, particularly with ministries of health and other government agencies
Experience in Haiti preferred
Strong communications skills and proven ability to work collaboratively with host-country officials, donor organizations, and other key stakeholders
Demonstrated leadership, versatility, and integrity
Written and spoken fluency in English and French required, Haitian Creole preferred
