International Organization is recruiting for a Senior Policy & Service Delivery Officer who will provide technical guidance in the development and implementation of the projects’ technical approaches and materials in HIV/AIDS, Infectious Diseases and integration with maternal and newborn health, family planning and the basic primary health package for an upcoming project in Haiti. The HIV/AIDS Senior Policy & Service Delivery Officer will contribute to the updating of policy and protocols in areas such as HIV Counseling and Testing (Voluntary Counseling and Testing, Provider Initiated Testing and Counseling, and Couples Counseling), treatment programs, prevention of mother to child transmission of HIV (PMTCT), post-exposure prophylaxis, as well as contributing to cross cutting approaches such as quality improvement and pre-service education
Qualifications Requises
• Advanced clinical degree in medicine or related field
• Superior technical expertise in HIV/AIDS prevention, care and treatment programs
• Minimum of seven years of supervisory experience with USG-funded international health project design, monitoring and evaluation methodologies including quantitative and qualitative skills, and 5 years managing HIV prevention programs with a focus on integration.
• Demonstrated Creole, English and French skills (FS-3 level or higher).
• Excellent interpersonal, writing and oral presentation skills
• Experience and understanding of the PEPFAR framework
• Ability to travel nationally and internationally
