Our Main Mission is to find two types of candidates. The second type of candidate we are sourcing is an Outside Vendor; their general responsibility will include visiting pre-determined customers on various routes, receive orders and process them on our system, as well as making sales and assuring our various products are always on the market.
Fonctions
• Ensure that each customer receives outstanding service by providing a friendly environment, which includes greeting and acknowledging every customer, maintaining solid product knowledge and all other aspects of customer service.
• Maintain an awareness of all promotions and advertisements.
• Assist in floor moves, merchandising, and display maintenance
• Assist in processing and replenishing merchandise and monitoring floor stock.
• Aid customers in locating merchandise.
• Communicate customer requests to management.
• Assist in ringing up sales at registers
• Any other tasks as assigned from time to time by any manager.
Qualifications Requises
. As for education background, we are seeking knowledgeable candidates, does not necessarily need a college or Haitian University degree but someone who can understand various sales concepts. We would expect our candidates to be fluent in French and Creole, English is a great addition, very out-going and energetic, decision making skills, effective verbal, presentation and listening skills, stress management skills as well as time management skills. We would expect that our candidates have experience in Sales and Customer Service.
Conditions de travail
The type of position will be a full time, which the hours will be 8:30 A.M. to 5 P.M. Monday through Friday as well as 8:30 A.M. to 2 P.M. on Saturdays.
Our initial salary bracket for these positions will be between 15,000 and 20,000 Haitian Gourdes per month.
