Plan Haiti is looking for a sponsorsip Manager to lead the Country Sponsorship services and charge with the responsibility of coordination all sponsorship related issues.

• Management, coaching and development of the sponsorship team at the country office
• Content for training on sponsorship systems and processes
• Automated sponsorship reporting
• Country sponsorship management reporting to support management decision making
• Material required for sponsorship related audits
• Quality control of country sponsorship data
• Translating sponsorship system requirements from all parts of the organisation, into clearly specified functional requirements supported by a business case for investment
• Identification and mitigation of country and systemic risks associated with sponsorship
• Coordination of internal sponsorship networks
• Country demand for campaigns and growth can be met
• Enrolments are planned to meet the goals of the organisation
• Senior management and decision makers receive management reporting which meets their needs
• Low incidence of systemic faults in sponsorship systems
• Good working relationships

• A bachelor Degree or its equivalence in administration or social sciences
• At least 3 years experience in a similar position with a credible institution.
• Experience of sponsorship purpose and processes
• An established track record of implementing process and system changes
• Working knowledge in French an advantage
• Seen as a source of development expertise, and proactive in sharing knowledge and advice
• Excellent knowledge of monitoring, research and evaluation using quantitative and qualitative principles
• Good knowledge of data management software ( (SPSS, Epi Info, EXCEL, Power Point, Access)
• Understands Plan’s work, and implements processes and practices that support achievement of organisational objectives
• Good systems and reporting skills
