Introduction
The Assistant Health Program Manager will work under the supervision of the Health Programs Manager, to manage the implementation of quality Health programs with particular focus on rehabilitation services and Support to persons with injuries or disabilities in Haiti. This will be by ensuring strict compliance with CBM and donor requirements in line with CBM’s Haiti health Strategy.
Fonctions
• Support the Program Manager health in ongoing monitoring the implementation of health and rehabilitation programs in Haiti (excluding eye and ear care programs)
• Coordinate in collaboration with CBM partner organizations the implementation of the Cholera intervention project focusing mainly on education and prevention
• Identify opportunities to strengthen rehabilitation networks within Haiti and build relationships between CBM and other organizations working in the field of rehabilitation
• Represent CBM in Health and rehabilitation meetings and technical working groups.
• The Assistant Health Program Manager will be involved in proposal writing, monitoring of Health project activities, development of work-plans, follow up donor reporting requirements and also compiling reports sometimes on short notices.
• The position holder will be responsible for the Health program projects in the absence of the Health Program Manager
• The position holder will be responsible for health program projects files and proper documentations.
Qualifications Requises
1- Degree or diploma in health, social sciences and administration
2- Minimum 4 years post qualification on job experience
3- At least 2 years experience in a management function position preferable
4- Experience in an NGO will be an advantage
5- Fluency in English, French and Creole
