Introduction

To manage all commercial and marketing activity within assigned cluster area, to ensure that sales targets are met and Digcel's products and services are marketed in an effective and efficient manner.

Focus:
• Cluster area Dealer Channel Management.
• Performance manage & maximize channel reach in cluster area (identify new routes to market).
• Local kiosk channel management.
• Maximize Pre / Postpaid acquisition
• Achieve Monthly Gross Net Activations and Recharge targets.
• Track level of Recharge / stock availability and Wholesale Recharge POS in territory / clusters levels using Real Impact Tool.
• Track Cluster Performance, identify and flag issues in local market.
• Develop the regional territory (increase number of Wholesale Recharge POS & Street Vendors, etc.) in order to increase sales of scratch cards and electronic recharge.
• Monitor competitors’ activities.
• Execute the national policy of Recharge in the regional territory (to be specified).
• Local community integration in conjunction with Area Manager.
• Local Research, Brand, PR, events and business community infiltration.
• Improve Digicel's local visibility and appeal, by getting closer to customer.

Qualifications Requises

- Strong experience & proven track record of achievements in field.
o A proven record of delivering customer focused strategic plans with clear revenue goals.
o Three-five years sales or marketing experience with a leading Brand from either mobile telecommunications or multinationals industries desired.
- Strong people management, customer servicing and interpersonal skills.
- Highly self motivated and adaptable, effective team player.

- Accounting experience.
