Non Governmental Organization is looking for a Human Resources Manager for its office based in Port-au-Prince.

Ensure the proper functioning of the human resources department. Responsible for the efficiency and quality of the processes and products of Human Resources in line with organization social principles, management quality and the Values based behaviors of organization. Ensures organization application of the labor law and the policies and procedures of organization for Staff

•University degree or equivalent in Human Resources or Industrial Psychology.
•Minimum 5 years in similar managerial position
•Minimum 4 years experience in personal development
•Minimum 4 years experience in supervising staff, experience working within a multi cultural environment desirable.
