To provide support to the German Red Cross Delegation in Haiti, under the direct supervision of the Livelihood Delegate and frequent contact with the departments. This position is responsible for the liaison with the project community and the maintenance of good relations between GRC and the service providers in the framework of the livelihood activities implemented in ten communities in Léogâne and Gressier. This includes technical support in agriculture and non-agriculture based income activities and aiding in the coordination and monitoring of the activities in the project area
Fonctions
? Organize, facilitate and supervise the implementation of the overall project activities;
? Report any issues and propose solutions regarding the activities;
? Be responsible for the quality of the implementation of the activities;
? Identify and develop income generation activities in the communities;
? Technical support in agricultural and non-agricultural livelihoods;
? Deliver technical assistance in agribusiness and enterprise development;
? Develop and support fisheries livelihood activities;
? Coordinate the collaboration with microcredit institutions;
? Management of the implementation of vocational skills trainings;
? Facilitate the distribution of items to the communities;
? Work with and consult constantly the settlement residents and committees;
? Design and implement informal survey to check quality of program;
? Monitoring on-going project and documentation;
? Providing of a semi-monthly report to the line manager;
? Following given administrative procedures;
? Other tasks as requested by the line manager.
Qualifications Requises
