Introduction


Fonctions

-Support the overall management of the office in cooperation with the Head of office and Administration/ Human Ressources Delegate.
-Assist in service contracting.
-Maintain office correspondence records, incoming and outgoing mail.
-Receiving visitors and support the planning and organisation for visiting delegations.
-Maintaining of all data and files related to the projects.
Assist in training and workshop preparation.
-Manage GRC mobile phones (inventory, tracking, bills ect..), coordinate office services (cleaning, fuel, water, ect..), manage guard service for GRC office space and monitor building access.
-Facilitating, documentation and minutes taking meetings and community events.
-translate business letters and messages from French/Creole into English and vice versa.
-In substitution of the HR assistant during leave to maintain employee personnel files, keep track of national employees attendance and leave records, for this reason to be familiar with all HR related processes and tasks.


Qualifications Requises

-High school diploma/ University degree.
-At least two years of working in a similar position.
-Computer proficiency in MS Office applications.
-Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
-Leadership skills, teamwork and relationship building.
-Able to prioritize and meet deadlines.
-Experience of working for the Red Cross/ Red Cressent or other international humanitarian organization.
-Creole, French, English required.
-High degree of integrity, discretion and personal conduct.
