Livelihoods M&E Agent
Position based at PAP-FO
Duration: 6 months with possibility of renewal

Job Summary

To contribute to planning and implementing all activities related to livelihoods monitoring and evaluation.

• Contribute to planning monitoring, evaluation, and data analysis activities for the PaP livelihoods team.

• Implement Livelihood activities as planned.

• Ensure efficient, timely and quality implementation of livelihoods M&E activities.

• Coordinate and collaborate with subgrantee partners to ensure monitoring and evaluation activities are completed on time and within budget.

• Prepare reports and other documentation as required for managers, partners (national and international) and donors on the program activities, indicators, and achievements.

• Data entry and record-keeping to record and catalog monitoring and evaluation data.

• Identifying constraints and needs for improvement and provide solutions to problems encountered within the Livelihoods team and with partner organizations.

• Report cases that require more detailed information for purposes of relevant reports and detailed studies.

• Identify areas for staff development and capacity building.

• Work closely with IT team to ensure an efficient system that can ensure the best possible management of data from the central system management information.

• Contribute to Livelihoods concept note and proposal development; work closely with the Livelihoods Advisor as needed.

• Any other duties as requested by supervisor.

• Relevant Bachelor’s Degree Preferred

• 2-3 years experience in project planning, implementation, M&E, and livelihoods activities Minimum two years of similar experience that includes M&E, data analysis, data entry, report writing.

• Good written and spoken English skills and report preparation skills.
