Livelihoods M&E Supervisor
Position based at PAP-FO
Duration: 6 months

Job Summary

To plan, supervise, and conduct all activities related to livelihoods monitoring and evaluation

• Plan, coordinate, and oversee monitoring, evaluation, and data analysis activities for the PaP livelihoods team.
• Develop program activities plan with clear targets and deadlines and ensure efficient, timely and quality implementation of livelihoods M&E activities.
• Supervise Livelihoods M&E team providing leadership and capacity building.
• Coordinate and collaborate with subgrantee partners to ensure monitoring and evaluation activities are completed on time and within budget.
• Prepare reports, case studies, and other documentation as required for managers, partners (national and international) and donors on the program activities, indicators, and achievements.
• Maintain database and do data entry to record and catalog monitoring and evaluation data.
• Report cases that require more detailed information for purposes of relevant reports and detailed studies.
• Identify areas for staff development and capacity building.
• Work closely with IT team to ensure an efficient system that can ensure the best possible management of data from the central system management information.
• Contribute to Livelihoods concept note and proposal development; work closely with the Livelihoods Advisor as needed.

• Relevant Bachelor’s Degree Preferred
• 5 years experience in project planning, implementation, M&E, and livelihoods activities.
• Minimum two years of similar experience that includes M&E, data analysis, data entry. Previous supervisory experience ia a plus.
• Good written and spoken English skills and report preparation skills.
• Experience with SPSS preferred.
