Habitat for Humanity International (HFHI) is currently seeking a Consultant for the role of Capacity Building and Training Specialist, Santo Project - Haiti. This position will increase the organization's future construction capacity through knowledge transfer and training related to a major grant-funded program. This individual will be based in Leogane, Haiti.

- Relevant higher education degree, with a technical construction degree a plus;
- Fluency in French; language skills in English strongly preferred;
- 3-5 years of related experience;
- Strong background in latest construction technologies;
- Background in Disaster Risk Reduction methodologies;
- Demonstrated ability to design, implement, and evaluate learning programs that have measurable impact;
- Demonstrated knowledge of capacity building techniques;
- First rate facilitation and presentation skills, excellent overall communication skills.
