Habitat for Humanity International (HFHI) is currently seeking a Consultant for the role of Site Manager, Santo Project - Haiti. This position will oversee construction and projects relating to the grant-funded "Building Back a Better Haiti" program. This individual will be based in Leogane', Haiti.
Fonctions
1. Gestion de administrasyon tout Leyogann HRC an, enkli resous imen.

4. Tout gestion tout aktivite konstriksyon nan pwojè Santo pou asire ke l' ak bon kalite teknik nan akò avèk lide ak spécifications. Asire nan etablisman Santo correctement ak efficacement trouve selon masterplan a.
5. Asire sistèm chèn efficace materyèl yon konsènan quantités ak kalite kouch materyèl pou kote ki gen, te sipòte pa finansye ak lojistik ministères nan Port au Prince nasyonal Office.
6. Asire anviwònman responsablite nan pwogram lan, espesyalman nan akò sou zafè achte materyèl konstriksyon ak nan aktivite konstriksyon.

1. Management of all HRC Leogane administration, including human resources.
2. Management and oversight of multiple program budgets and logistics systems to ensure full accountability in accordance with donor requirements.
3. Program management and planning to ensure compliance with the support of compliance officer and program goals. Set the program strategy in collaboration with the National and Operations Directors.
4. Overall management of all construction activities at the Santo project to ensure efficiency and technical quality in accordance with the design and specifications. Ensure the Santo settlement is properly and effectively implemented according to the masterplan.
5. Ensure an effective supply chain system regarding quantities and quality for delivery of materials to site, supported by the financial and logistics departments in the Port au Prince National Office.
6. Ensure environmental responsibility in the program and specifically in the procurement of construction materials and in construction activities.
7. Supervision and management of the engineering team to deliver housing, infrastructure and technical training.
8. Supervision and management of the community engagement team to work with beneficiaries and deliver the training, capacity building program.
9. Support the cooperation of Habitat for Humanity with the local community, stakeholders and businesses with technical input to ensure smooth operations and integration with local community
10. Act as point of contact for other NGOs and organizations.
Qualifications Requises

-Maîtrise nan ekri, epi pale anglè, lang ki compétences nan kreyòl ayisyen ou Fwansè pwefere fortement,
-Expérience ak Madanm biwo chanm ak entènèt,
-Expérience travay ak Habita pou imanite ou lòt òganizasyon ki pa gen pwefere.
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field required;
- 5-7 years of related experience including complex construction management, project management; experience with low-cost residential housing preferred;
- 2+ years of supervisory experience, including ability to work with multi-cultural teams;
- International experience, including experience working in developing countries required; Experience with disaster response strongly preferred;
- Excellent leadership skills, strategic thinking, ability to multi-task and problem-solve;
- Ability to develop new programs and operate effectively within unstable and difficult conditions;
- Fluency in written and spoken English; language skills in Haitian Creole or French strongly preferred;
- Experience with MS Office Suite and the Internet;
- Experience working with Habitat for Humanity or other non-profit organization preferred.
