Containers 2 Clinics, Inc. (“C2C”) is seeking a Country Program Manager for its maternal health clinic in Port-au-Prince, Haiti, located on the compound of Grace Children’s Hospital (“GCH”) in Delmas 31, and for future clinic and partnership development. C2C clinics focus on maternal and child healthcare services with the goal of improving access to quality care for women and their children. C2C will be expanding in Haiti in 2012 and the local Country Program Manager will manage all country operations in close collaboration with C2C’s headquarters. Roles & Responsibilities:

(1.) Operations Management: C2C’s clinic operations at Grace Children’s Hospital (GCH)
 Steward the partnership relationship between C2C and Grace Children’s Hospital;
 Manage relationships with other partner NGOs and stakeholders;
 Serve as a support to and resource for the GCH staff members working at the C2C clinic;
 Supervise smooth daily operations and identify opportunities to optimize service delivery;
 Implement new service delivery projects at the clinic;
 Manage all data collection from the clinic and work closely with HQ staff on data analysis;
 Supervise facility maintenance coordinator: equipment repairs, building maintenance;
 Liaise closely with HQ staff about facility performance and needs.

(2.) New Business Development: Managing opportunities for future C2C clinic deployments
 Serve as in-country representative for partnership development;
 Work closely with HQ staff to develop and operationalize new clinic partnerships;
 Represent C2C within the Haiti Health Cluster;
 Develop and steward relationships with peer health facilities to track data/impact.

(3.) Working with C2C HQ Office:
 Coordinate weekly/monthly/quarterly work-planning with HQ-based Director of Operations;
 Provide monthly reports to HQ and the executive team of GCH;
 Financial tasks – handle basic project budgets, wires, cash reconciliations to budget;
 Aggregate and analyze monthly patient visit and treatment data and report to HQ;
 Implement periodic qualitative M&E initiatives, as scheduled.

(4.) Contribute to C2C Marketing Materials and Efforts:
 Interview patients and caregivers and write “profiles”;
 Liaise with HQ marketing and fundraising team, as necessary;
 Serve as C2C liaison on-site in Haiti for visiting funders and guests;
 Provide steady feed of photos, stories and data for PR and marketing;

Skills required:
o Ability to work independently and collaboratively with US-based HQ office;
o Creole + French + English fluent (English fluency is required, both written and verbal);
o Willingness to serve as interpreter during occasional visits;
o Good interpersonal communication and understanding of partnership sensitivity;
o Telecommunications and responsiveness – phone/SMS/email;
o Computer skills in basic Microsoft Office – Word, Excel;
o Cheerful and helpful approach to managers, colleagues and patients onsite and at HQ;
o Enthusiasm for mission of C2C.

Qualifications required:
o Professional degree
o Demonstrated project management skills
o Experience with patients and patient care
o Prior experience with NGOs working in health field
o Haitian nationality or valid work permit
o Valid driver’s license
