Deloitte Consulting is currently recruiting for an anticipated USAID program in Haiti focused on value chain development.
Deloitte Consulting’s Emerging Markets practice has worked with governments and donor agencies to build the institutions, legal framework, and policies required for effective economic governance and private sector growth since 1988.
Fonctions
The Apparel Value Chain Leader will be responsible for the implementation of the apparel value chain objectives, which include: workforce training (both the development and implementation of courses); enterprise development; working with the industry to improve quality, strategy and marketing; and recruiting foreign investment.
Qualifications Requises
•Relevant experience with USAID or other donor organizations working in economic development, particularly those related to value chain enhancement;
•Technical expertise and experience in evaluating and proposing improvements to value chains;
•Marketing experience;
•Demonstrated experience generating increased sales and employment by strengthening value chains;
•Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to work in a team-oriented environment;
•Fluent in French, proficiency in English and ideally fluency/proficiency in Creole;
•Excellent written and oral communication skills;
•University degree in a relevant discipline required;
•Masters degree in relevant field preferred
