Fonctions

To manage and oversee the day to day operations of the Mirebalais Digital Employment Center, including, but not limited to; business management, computer skills development and point of contact with direct micro work suppliers.

• Provide overall business management leadership.
• Lead a team of independent workers.
• Organize the work day as to maximize the workflow and tasks.
• Monitor the implementation schedules of the various digital tasks and provide updates to the suppliers of micro work especially with urgent issues that may delay delivery of completed tasks.
• Provide technical support to workers.
• Create and manage all the necessary internal and external reporting documents
• Day to day point of contact for partners/suppliers to ensure flow of operations
• Provide input to I & P leadership that will contribute to the scale up of the MDEC, including, but not limited to; potential partners, additional sources of revenues etc


Qualifications Requises

• Minimum of 5 years experience related to business development activities.
• University degree in Computer Science / Business Administration with strong knowledge in the alternate field.
• Strong understanding of the project management cycle, developing management systems and procedures with proven experience in achieving results
• Advanced computer skills, with knowledge and hands on competencies (Ms Office Microsoft Word, Excel, Access and Power Point).
• Significant understanding of technologies and requirements of various systems (e.g. content, power systems, and connectivity) is required in order to craft meaningful, scalable and lasting solution.
• Strong inter-personal communication skills
• Strong self-starter with the ability to work independently and as well as in a team, excellent reporting abilities.
• Fluent in both French and English languages.
• Ability to work in an environment of cultural, socio-economic, and religious diversity
• Previous Impact Sourcing Management experience
