C2C Clinical Coordinator
o Full-time contractor position for local hire;
o Pay scale to be commensurate with local practices and within C2C Human Resources policy.
Fonctions
Areas of Responsibility:
(1.) Site management
Serve as a support to and resource for the GCH staff members working at the C2C clinic;
Supervise smooth daily operations;
Supervise daily facility cleaning and re-stocking;
Supervise facility maintenance: equipment repairs, building maintenance;
Liaise with HQ staff about facility performance and needs.
(2.) Health Programming
Coordinate community health education grant(s) between C2C and local partner;
Functions include: Project management and budgeting
Training of trainers
Managing the participation of Community Health Workers (CHWs)
Curriculum planning and implementation
In partnership with GCH, oversee pharmacy and laboratory performance;
Oversee patient flow issues;
Provide monthly reports to the executive team of GCH;
Aggregate and analyze monthly patient visit and treatment data and report to HQ;
Implement periodic qualitative M&E initiatives, as scheduled.
(3.) Contribute to C2C Marketing Materials and Efforts
Interview patients and caregivers and write “profiles”;
Liaise with HQ marketing and fundraising team, as necessary;
Serve as C2C liaison on-site in Haiti for visiting funders and guests;
Provide steady feed of photos, stories and data for PR and marketing (weekly website blog post);
(4.) Liaison with HQ
Work with Operations Director on monthly, quarterly, annual goals and work-plans;
Monthly reports with quantitative and qualitative updates;
Financial tasks – handle basic project budgets, wires, cash reconciliations to budget;
Local eyes and ears – alert HQ to matters arising locally;
Assist HQ staff with new site development, partner identification and hand-off at exit;
Assist with new clinic deployment and installation;
Reservations and coordination of all logistics of site visits;
Accompany colleagues from HQ on site and partner visits.
Qualifications Requises
Qualifications required:
o Professional degree
o Health education
o Experience with patients and patient care
o Prior experience with NGOs working in health field
o Haitian nationality or valid work permit
o Valid driver’s license
Skills required:
o Creole + French + English fluent;
o Willingness to serve as interpreter during occasional visits;
o Good interpersonal communication;
o Telecommunications and responsiveness – phone/SMS/email;
o Computer skills in basic Microsoft Office – Word, Excel;
o Willingness to collaborate with occasional consultants;
o Cheerful and helpful approach to managers, colleagues and patients onsite and at HQ;
o Enthusiasm for mission of C2C.
