Ensure supplier invoices are paid on a timely basis in accordance with stipulated credit terms.
Main Duties and Responsibilities:
• Enter supplier invoices accurately onto system and prepare payment on a timely basis.

• Performing reconciliations between Trade payables and Supplier Statements

• Safekeeping of Co. related documents including cheques.

• Ensure accuracy and integrity of Co. Purchase Order system.

• Assist auditors and provide them requested supporting documents

• Accounting degree

• 3 years working experience in accounting / finance

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Hard working and willing to learn
