We are currently recruiting for the position of DME Officer for the Projects REACHH and CHOLERA for World Vision-Haiti

1- Work closely with internal and external partners to design, monitor, implement, and evaluate the CHOLERA and REACHH programs
2- Develop M&E plans and budget to ensure that only the minimum amount of information necessary and useful for project monitoring, and evaluation (ME) will be collected
3- Review and refine monitoring and evaluation tools
4- Define and establish linkages between the M&E system for the CHOLERA and REACHH projects.
5- Co-ordinate and liaise with local authorities and stakeholders on the ground and provide information with regard to the program.

1- Minimum bachelor degree or higher in relevant ; or the equivalent combination of education and experience in a related area.
2- A minimum of three years program experience in a relevant field
3- A cross-cultural experience and knowledge of rural development dynamics
4- Must Have a clear understanding of the working of the major WV partners ( UNICEF, WFP, USAID, CIDA, etc), their requirements and standards
5- Analytical and systematic in approach, yet able to think and act strategically
6- Proven skills in process and group facilitation, training and capacity building
7- Should have excellent computer and languages skills
8- Fluency in English is essential.
