Introduction
Plans, organizes, implements & manages Operational/Marketing/Recharge/Sales & Network Programs for the Region. Managing local Department staff, achieving Pre –Post Paid Sales Targets, maintaining Relationships with key local contacts.Fully accountable for all Regional Revenue.
Fonctions
The Regional Manager has clearly defined & measurable monthly targets based on:
- Subscriber acquisition Pre-paid & Post-paid
- Creation of Regional Marketing Activity Calendars
- Total Revenue growth (Drive Key District Penetration )
- Top-up revenue growth in Vouchers - Electronic (Increase top-up in channel in territory);
- Churn minimization and Retention Strategies (Keep churn within accepted levels monthly);
- ARPU growth (i.e. Increase regional Customer APPU).
- Strictly Operate within Regional P& L
- Achieving Business Sales Targets
- Maintaining Relationships with Consumer and Corporate accounts
- Operational (Special) focus on affinity sales, for incremental sales and revenue streams
- Managing local Department
- Marketing
- Recharge
Qualifications Requises
• Bachelor degree in administration or related field
• 5+ years of Regional sales leadership experience (desired);

- Proven track record of achieving sales objectives by leading & motivating a diverse teams of people
- Strong written/oral (especially listening skills), organization & analytical skills;
- Advanced PC skills (Word and Excel plus other department specific systems);
- Strong people management skills;
- Works co-operatively with others to achieve team goals;
- Proficient in delivering presentations to internal & external audiences;
- Strong Project management skills;
- Requires a strong knowledge of relevant business practices and procedures in their field;
- Excellent interpersonal skills;
- Excellent telephone techniques;
- Mobility – willing to travel (regionally) on behalf of the Company;
- Time management skills.
- Proven ability to make sound decisions and recommendations Excellent interpersonal and communications skills, written & verbal.
Internal/ External contacts:
- Interaction with other departments to facilitate the provision of prompt and premium service to Customers, e.g. Marketing/Products, Consumer Sales/Distribution;
- Direct interaction and Public/ Customers;
- Dealers for corporate and affinity sales;
- Current and potential Customers.
