Introduction

• To manage and develop regional activities including supervision of contracts with Partners, New partners acquisition, training and retention.
• To protect company funds & assets by following prescribed safety, reporting & compliance procedures


Fonctions

• To assist with selection and training of Digicel Partners and provide routine direction and supervision of partners employees.
• To perform marketing and promotion activities as appropriate to grow overall Digicel business and meet company sales goals and objectives.
• To ensure all other Digicel services & products are provided in compliance with established policies & procedures & in compliance with all applicable state laws.
• To develop professional relationships with Digicel partners to maintain company reputation.
• To Prospect on new opportunities and collection of all information of the market
• All other duties as assigned


Qualifications Requises

• A first degree in management
• 1 year customer service and/or Sales and marketing experience
• Financial / accounting experience
• Audit experience


Conditions particulières

• Computer literate; Excel Spreadsheets and Microsoft Word
• Sales and marketing experience
• Accounting experience
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
• Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize workload and multi-task.
• Maintaining attention to detail
• High level of interpersonal skills
• Good analytical skills
