Introduction
To provide support to Sales Back office Operations
Fonctions
? Ensure constant update of Sales fleet documents.
? Make necessary follow up with Fleet Management on:
o vehicles dispatch schedule
o Vehicle assignation
o Replacement vehicles
? Ensure vehicle maintenance requests are submitted in a timely fashion.
? Liaise with Sales Administrative Assistant to make reservations for staff dropping their vehicles in Port au Prince for maintenance.
? Maintain a monthly maintenance schedule
? Prepare monitoring reports:
o Regions monthly Vacation Reports
o Transportation Allowance Mileage Logs
? Serve as back up to Sales Administrative Assistant when needed.
? Support the Regional Logistics Coordinator towards the efficient and timely dispatch and collection of goods to the region.
? Manage Sales GPs/Projectors stock inventory.
? Serve as focal point for all matters regarding the regions
? Liaise with IT/HR/Facilities/Technique to ensure all matters are addressed
? Perform other administrative tasks assigned
Qualifications Requises
Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration
Experience in logistics management
Good interpersonal skills
Microsoft Office Proficient( Excel, Word and Powerpoint)
Excellent command in English
