Plan Haiti is looking for a Security Manager according to the specifications below

Responsible for all the aspects regarding security of Plan Haiti staff and assets, the Post Holder will develop and implement training program, to enhance staff awareness on security issues in Haiti.

• Maintain and embed security systems and procedures developed and coordinate operational security practices
• Coordinate future procedures as new programs or situation dictates
• Develop and update security plan
• Ensure systems are in place to instantly respond to a crisis management situation and support management during the security incident
• Maintain liaison and coordinate with security networks in Haiti and other relevant stakeholders
• Improve the gathering and sharing of security information
• Ensure that staff understand and apply communication procedure and protocol and that personnel at risk can be located at all times
• Oversight of Plan guarding company
• Prepare risk assessments and briefing materials
• Conduct security assessment (locations)
• Maintain strategic oversight of security risks
• Mentor and build capacity in Plan Haiti staff
• Deliver specialist training to the all staff.
