Habitat for Humanity International (HFHI) is seeking a seasoned professional to fill the role of Partnership Coordinator for its Haiti operations. This position focuses on supporting specific fund-raising initiatives for Habitat for Humanity Haiti and its recovery efforts. This position will be based in Petion-Ville, Haiti and requires some travel to various project sites in the country.
Fonctions

*Manage and nurture relationships with assigned partners, including cultivation, negotiation, proposal development and maintenance
*Accompany donors and partners on field visits to Haiti
*Coordinate internally with other departments to ensure accurate communication and reporting of programmatic activities
*Track and monitor programmatic compliance with donor requirements
*Compile and distribute related reports to key stakeholders
*Represent HFHI's Haiti in meetings with partners, when necessary
*Develop funding sources through tithe, relationships with faith communities, and local fundraising
*Assist with related projects and departmental support as needed
Qualifications Requises

* Compétences ekselan kominikasyon relations e ekri/oral
* Expérience ak relasyon piblik
* Eksperyans nan Angle, Fwansè ak kreyòl ayisyen pou dòktè je
* Expérience apatide dat ak rapò ki ekri
* Expérience travay nan yon peyi devlope
Pwefere:
* Expérience ak de/resous développement/donatè relasyon pwefere
* Expérience travay an Ayiti fortement pwefere

Priyorite a bay pou kandida lokal yo.
*Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
*3-5 years of experience in customer service with international clients
*Excellent interpersonal and written/oral communication skills
*Experience with Public Relations
*Fluent in English, French and Haitian Creole
*Experience with documentation and report-writing
*Experience working in a developing country
*Experience with fundraising/resource development/donor relations preferred
*Experience working in Haiti strongly preferred
*Grant writing skills preferred
