Habitat for Humanity International (HFHI) is recruiting a detail-oriented individual to act as the Information Management Unit Coordinator. This position plays a key role in conducting pre-assessments for planning, program design, and management decision making; in the implementation of project monitoring and evaluation (M&E) plans; and in ensuring rigorous accountability to donors, host government, and communities. The individual is responsible for creating, designing and managing M&E storage systems and for the collection and integrity of all data for HFH projects. In addition to ensuring that M&E data collected verifies program outputs and indicators as per the grant requirements, the coordinator cleans and analyzes all baseline and other survey data, including but not limited to vulnerability and family assessments. This position is based in Port-au-Prince, Haiti.

*Supervise the Monitoring and Evaluation Officers to ensure high-quality and timely data collection and verification, assist in project monitoring and reporting, and produces timely and detailed statistical analyses, program and project reports, and other documentation in order to meet the reporting requirements of interested parties.
*Design, create and maintain a database of project data, outputs and indicators that allows Habitat for Humanity to quantify activities throughout program sectors and facilitate the monitoring and evaluation of progress, results and impact.
*Create customized databases as requested for pre-assessments, surveys and project evaluations.
*Liaise with IT as necessary to set up data management systems and networks.
*Assist in the development of data collection tools and training on methodology.
*Design and translate all data collection tools and instruments under the supervision of the DPM&E Specialist
*Contribute to the design and translation of evaluation and survey instruments and other M&E data collection and indicator tracking tools, as required in accordance with M&E plans.
coordinator maintain and generate the quarterly indicator tracking table for each project and produce presentations, reports, and other statistical snapshots and profiles as requested.
*Ensure data quality and perform data cleaning.
*Train, guide and support M&E staff in meeting data requirements and schedules.
*Train and supervise data entry personnel, as hired.
*Conduct routine data audits and cleaning of field database programs and systems.
*Perform statistical analysis and generate statistical monthly and customized reports of Habitat for Humanity project activities and population(s) served.
*Maintain a master spreadsheet of all Habitat for Humanity-Haiti indicators across projects, with the ability to report on indicators by sector, project, location and to roll-up them up into a summary table.
*Play a lead role in the standardization of data collected and reported across projects and locations, to the extent possible and appropriate.
*Assist in capacity building for program and field staff in data collection, quality, accuracy, management and analysis.
*Assist with and participate in field data collection through the administration of surveys and questionnaires and other project evaluation activities as required.

*Statistical analysis and visual presentation skills
*Survey instrument development experience and skills
*Strong knowledge and skills in EXCEL, ACCESS, SPSS, SAS, Stata, or other statistical software packages, and DHS datasets
Preferred:
