Works with the reporting features, application problems and follow up the trouble reports concerning the OSS. Responsible for the modification of the existing OSS routines, creation of new and temporary routines as well as follow up. Handles all internal alarms in OSS applications. Implement OSS user interface layout modifications. Distributes all new and upgraded documentation related to the SW, HW and equipment for the Network Surveillance and Knowledge
Fonctions
1. Execute all necessary activities to keep OSS running smoothly in such a way that meets all users' requirements.
2. Run daily and upon request health check on the OSS platform ensuring that all alarms from different nodes from the OSS are populated correctly for the NOC to be escalated to concern parties on time
3. Support all OSS users and departments in all activities from end-to-end and ensure that all nodes populate accordingly afterward
4. Involve in OSS projects expansion and coordinate these projects with various departments to see the project to the end
5. Carry out network audits in order to clean out unnecessary parameter and tune the network.
Qualifications Requises
• Degree in telecommunications or Computer science or Electronics engineering
• At least 3 years of experience of the GSM Network. Ericsson product portfolio of ENIQ, APZ, APG and AXE knowledge (will be preferred)
